In order to ensure that every pet is given the personal, individualized care he or she deserves with Dr. Palmer, appointments are required. Please call the office at 970.984.2259 to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you and your pet. True emergencies will be handled accordingly.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Patient Arrival Policy

 

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 
 
For cats, we prefer that they be in a cat carrier, but they can be held by the owner as long as they are restrained properly.
 
 
 
 
 
Payment Policy

 

Payment is due at the time of services. New Castle Veterinary  Clinic accepts Cash, Check, Visa and   MasterCard.
