Rhonda began working at the
New Castle Veterinary Clinic in July of 2004. She did her
externship here while attending CMC, and enjoyed it so much that
she stayed. Before starting her life in Colorado, Rhonda came
from North Dakota where it was her dream since she was a little
girl to work with animals. While there, she received an Associate
of Science Pre-Veterinary degree in 2002 at MSU-Bottineau. She
decided to take a year off and work to save money to continue
her education. After working in the veterinary setting, becoming a
Veterinary Technician would be her next goal. After searching for
different Vet Tech. Schools on the internet she chose CMC in
Glenwood Springs, Colorado because she loved the mountains, needed
a change of scenery and lets not forget all the hands-on
experience, beneficial classes, and the fun up at the vet tech
farm. Rhonda loves it here and is currently living in Glenwood
Springs. Trooper her golden retriever, and Jayl her cat were
both rescued. There are also 3 fish and Tony for kitten
entertainment. Rhonda is thankful to be a part of such a
hardworking team. Getting to know clients and patients has been
very rewarding for her. She's there whenever you need a helping
hand or just someone to talk to.
