Appointment Policy

Appointments are required, please call ahead to schedule with the office. True emergencies will be taken care of asap. For Rx's, please call ahead for refills, and give the office 24 hrs to get your refill done.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

For cats, we prefer that they be in a cat carrier, but they can be held by the owner as long as they are restrained properly.
